This depends on the way your INDICA instance is set up. In most cases, a connection is made to the Active Directory (AD). INDICA reads the Access Control List (ACL) on the connected fileshare. The information from the AD and the ACL are combined to determine which user may see which files in their user interface. This will be the same as if the users would connect directly to the fileshare. If different users have different access rights on the connected fileshare, the results will differ because some users may not be able to see some files. This will also have effect on queries, exports, and file lists.
