For this action, it is required to have an user with Admin rights on your appliance.


Warning: please be careful with the actions below. Deleting the wrong case is irreversible!


  1. Log in into the INDICA appliance with a user with Admin rights

  2. Navigate to the Admin interface using the button in the top bar
  3. Navigate to the Case settings
  4. In the list of cases, click the Delete button/icon


If above steps have been followed, the case should be deleted from your INDICA appliance.
