Yes, but not automatically.
Unfortunately, AccessData (the company behind the image standard) has not published the specifications of the image standard. This means that the image standard is mostly unsupported, except for AccessData FTK and AccessData FTK Imager.
Currently, there is no way to automatically add the contents of the image to the index. The files need to be extracted manually from the .ad1 image, and then uploaded/added to the index.
Extraction can be done with the help of AccessData FTK Imager (available on Windows).
