- What exactly happened? (error number, error message, screenshot would be perfect!)
- Situation (what you were aiming to perform, sequence of your activities, and which stage of the process failed).
- What you’ve been doing (with INDICA) before the problem occurred? (e.g. you’ve been exporting tags, there was a power cut in the office, you just came in after the weekend and nothing works).
