In case you cannot access your INDICA

  1. Of course you have checked Login and Password.
  2. Make sure you don't use Internet Explorer. We support Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge browsers.
  3. Try to access INDICA in Google Chrome Incognito mode. If this worked, please delete cookies and cache.
  4. Try a different browser.
  5. Make sure you are logging in to the correct place (INDICA user app or admin app).
  6. Check if you had an internet connection.
  7. Check if you had an internal network connection.


In case you get a 500 error

If you can't choose the correct case, or don't have enough search options


  1. Please log in and log out (click your name and log off);
  2. Make sure you don't use Internet Explorer.
  3. Try access INDICA in Google Chrome Incognito mode. If this worked, please clean cookies of your browser.


In case you cannot view the document

  • Check if you have permissions to view the document
  • Check if this document exists
