In case you cannot access your INDICA
- Of course you have checked Login and Password.
- Make sure you don't use Internet Explorer. We support Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge browsers.
- Try to access INDICA in Google Chrome Incognito mode. If this worked, please delete cookies and cache.
- Try a different browser.
- Make sure you are logging in to the correct place (INDICA user app or admin app).
- Check if you had an internet connection.
- Check if you had an internal network connection.
In case you get a 500 error
If you can't choose the correct case, or don't have enough search options
- Please log in and log out (click your name and log off);
- Make sure you don't use Internet Explorer.
- Try access INDICA in Google Chrome Incognito mode. If this worked, please clean cookies of your browser.
In case you cannot view the document
- Check if you have permissions to view the document
- Check if this document exists
